Client portal
Your clients get their own app. You decide who gets in.
Each client you invite gets the TrainerSuite app for their training with you. It is optional, one client at a time.
What your client sees
Everything about their own training with you, in one place.
- Their sessions left.
- What's coming up, and their session history.
- Your payment requests, which they can pay right there.
- Their goals and weight, which they can track and you can see on their page.
- Your profile, on My Trainer.
- If they want it, a private feed of their sessions for their own calendar.
What your client can do
They can cancel a session or ask for a new time, under your cancellation rules. Both are on to start, and you can turn either off in Settings → Cancellations & reschedules.
Asking for a new time never moves the session on its own. It moves only when you approve it.

Open the client's page in TrainerSuite and go to Portal access. Your client signs in with the email you have for them, so add it first.
Inviting is optional. Payment requests still reach a client by email, app or not, and you can turn a client's access off at any time.
What your client never sees
- Other clients, or their sessions, rates or packages.
- Your private notes about them, or your session notes.
- These limits are enforced by the database's access rules, not just by what the app shows.
Common questions
Do my clients have to use the app?
No. The app is optional, and you decide who to invite. Payment requests still reach a client by email, app or not.
Can a client see my notes about them?
No. A client never sees other clients or your private notes.
Can I stop clients cancelling in the app?
Yes. Cancelling and asking for a new time are both on to start, and you can turn either off in Settings.
Can a client book their own sessions?
Not today. You book the sessions. A client can cancel or ask for a new time, and a new time happens only when you approve it.
