Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrainerSuite ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of TrainerSuite after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

The Service

TrainerSuite provides software tools for independent personal trainers to manage clients, sessions, schedules, packages, credits, payments, notes, and related business records. TrainerSuite is not a medical, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advisory service.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access or use.

Calendar Integrations

If you connect Google Calendar or another calendar source, you authorize TrainerSuite to access and use selected calendar information only as needed to provide scheduling, import, conflict review, matching, and sync features. This may include calendar metadata, calendar events, event details, and connection credentials needed to operate the integration.

TrainerSuite may use connected calendar events to create, match, or update TrainerSuite session records and related scheduling records. TrainerSuite may create, update, or delete Google Calendar events that TrainerSuite created for your sessions.

TrainerSuite is designed not to update or delete Google Calendar events that you or another app originally created. Removing or deleting a TrainerSuite session record does not necessarily remove the original Google Calendar event unless the event was created and managed by TrainerSuite.

Calendar sync is a convenience feature. You are responsible for reviewing schedules, imported events, matched records, session records, and any synced calendar entries for accuracy. You may disconnect Google Calendar from TrainerSuite settings, and your use of Google Calendar remains subject to Google's own terms, policies, and account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• To violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• To upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code.
• To interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
• To collect, scrape, or misuse another person's personal information.
• To submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.

Your Data

You are responsible for the client, session, payment, and business data you enter into TrainerSuite. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to enter and process that information through the Service.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans, billing terms, trial terms, taxes, renewals, and cancellation rules will be presented at checkout or in the product when billing is enabled. You are responsible for fees incurred through your account.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, or if continued access would expose us to legal or security risk.

You may stop using the Service or contact us to request account deletion. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, dispute, or legitimate business purposes.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all results will be accurate or reliable.

TrainerSuite may help organize fitness-business operations, but it does not replace professional judgment, medical advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainerSuite and its owners, operators, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.
