Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant to TrainerSuite. Ask about your week, get set up, and have changes ready for you to approve.
You stay in control. Saying yes in the chat never changes anything. Only the Approve button in TrainerSuite does.
What you can ask
Ask in your own words. It reads your TrainerSuite and answers from it, never from a guess.

- “Help me get started.” It adds your session types, packages and clients for you to approve.

Pick how much it can do
You choose one level when you connect. Not sure? Pick Draft. To change it later, disconnect and connect again.
- Read: See your schedule, clients, sessions to confirm and numbers. It can't change anything.
- Draft: also prepares changes, like adding clients or recording a payment. Nothing happens until you tap Approve in TrainerSuite.
- Write: also books, moves and cancels sessions right away. Sessions left and money still need your tap.
Connect ChatGPT
On a computer, with a paid ChatGPT plan. It takes about 3 minutes.
- Go to chatgpt.com/plugins, tap Add, then Create MCP App.
- Name it TrainerSuite. Server URL: https://mcp.trainersuite.app. Authentication: OAuth. Then Create.
- Log in to TrainerSuite, pick your level, and tap Connect.
- In a new chat, pick TrainerSuite and ask.
Connect Claude
On claude.ai or the Claude desktop app.
- Open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
- Name it TrainerSuite. URL: https://mcp.trainersuite.app. Then Add and Connect.
- Log in to TrainerSuite, pick your level, and tap Connect.
Another assistant
Any assistant that can add an MCP server with a sign-in works the same way. Give it https://mcp.trainersuite.app, then log in to TrainerSuite and pick your level.
What it never does
- It never charges a card or moves money. A payment request is an email; your client chooses whether to pay.
- It never sees passwords, card or bank details, or your clients' goals, injuries, measurements, weight or notes.
- It never changes your clients, sessions left or money until you tap Approve in TrainerSuite.
- Disconnect anytime under Settings → Connected apps. Access stops right away.
Common questions
Does it cost extra?
No. Connecting an AI assistant is part of TrainerSuite, on the free trial and on a paid plan. Some assistants need their own paid plan to connect, like ChatGPT.
Can it change things without me?
Only booking, moving and cancelling sessions, and only at Write. Everything else, like adding clients, sessions left and money, waits until you tap Approve in TrainerSuite.
Which level should I pick?
Draft. It can get changes ready for you, and nothing happens until you approve them. Pick Read if you only want answers.
How do I disconnect?
Open Settings → Connected apps in TrainerSuite and disconnect the assistant. Access stops right away.
